CHANI GETTER is a leader in the fields of personal growth and spiritual development. Chani coaches individuals and offers workshops in the areas of life-balance, parenting, self-acceptance, transition, spirituality and living your dreams. She teaches Judaism, leads congregations in prayer and creates unique rituals for a variety of occasions.
Chani grew up in an ultra-orthodox-Hasidic Jewish home, and was married off at the age of 18 with barely a high school diploma. At the age of 23, with no professional training or support to fall back on, she left her arranged marriage with her three children. As a single, working parent, Chani put herself through college, obtaining a BA in Human Development from Empire State College, gained certification as a professional coach through The New York Open Center’s Coaching for Transformation program. She also received Ordination from One Spirit Interfaith Seminary.
